geoclue-gsmloc software package provides Position server for GeoClue (GSM), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install geoclue-gsmloc
geoclue-gsmloc is installed in your system.
Make ensure the geoclue-gsmloc package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep geoclue-gsmloc *
You will get with geoclue-gsmloc package name, version, architecture and description in a table
